There are some nice detailed threads in progress discussing overwintering your plants indoors with or without lights.
You may do a forum search with keywords grow lights/overwintering / hibernate.

Youtube offers many informative videos also.....do check them out, you will be able to see what everyone is doing.
There are many choices to choose from just pick and choose what you can use and afford.
Growing indoors is fun!
