The 'Saba' appears to be correctly identified, but the "Apple" is incorrect, it is a 'Pisang Awak', also commonly known as 'Namwah'.
"Apple" refers to a number of different cultivars depending where in the world you are, but the type common in Hawaii in the banana scientific community is known as a Pome.
