The right rosemary for you - Sunset
We love the Tuscan Blue variety. It is a tall plant with slightly larger leaves than the Spice Island. Very fragrant plant with upright sprigs that can be used as skewers for kabobs or just place a sprig on a BBQ steak, pork chop, yummy.
Never tried to dry any, because our plant is huge in a corner of the yard.
