Ahava, thats true, that would be essentially what would occur if strict limitations were put on the storage quota. If your photo storage allocation filled up, you would need to clear them out to be able to add more. The only thing different would be the time limitation as doing time limitation on a per photo type basis would be impossible to differentiate occasional humorous photos from on topic photos programatically, and hard to enforce manually.
