I know this is not a banana, but since this forum carries tropical lovers in general, I thought I would give it a shot.

The only place I can find it is

PDN -- Tetrapanax papyrifera 'Steroidal Giant'

and they have a minimum $35 + shipping requirement. Since these plants sucker readily, I though someone might have one to offer for slightly less.
