I went ahead and harvested the 2016 Not Ice Cream - Namwah - Banana Crop #2. It has only been a little over 3 months since the flower came out for this bunch. I might be a little early, but wanted to see how they taste if harvested early and if the green bananas are good for cooking. ��.
