Thanks Richard. I forgot to write Kandrian and atemoya. Those are in addition to the ones I planted. I have just one more room for either dwarf orinoco or dwarf cavendish. You see I planted them at the plat that I was working on. And before nighttime I put clear plastics around just in case it gets pretty cold. And most of them I put plastic pots cover if they are small enough and some of them Christmas lights if they are too big.
I am babying them now. As for the soil I got me a truck load of compost and here's my proportion. 4:1:1 (compost, 1/4"rocks, small bark chips and shovel fulls of horse manure. Once they are established I have a very good fertilizer for them.
What would you plant Riichard dwarf orinoco or dwarf cavendish?
The plat will be protected from the elements once I am finish.
Also, I did not plant a new cherry tree but I gave it a new life.
That tree used to be planted atop a concrete floor on a wine barrel. Last year I broke the concrete so the roots can penetrate the soil underneath. Today I saw it to be full of tall grass around out of neglect and the soil were so dry and the tree appeared to be stunted.
I built a wood partition around the tree and fill it up with my mix after I pull all the weeds out..
I hope she will give me a lot of fruit as she did last year. And boy, were they delicious.
And here's her picture for just a branch:
