Welcome aboard, Linkinpark15... Sounds like you have a GREAT summer trip ahead of you. Wish I could offer ideas of where to shop for seeds. Be sure to get many pictures to share with us when you return home...
As far as the M. velutina seeds go, wish there was a definitive answer to give you. Hopefully you have read through some of the post that was started this past fall on Velutina germination "trials". I personally have not had that much trouble getting them to germinate by simply placing the seeds in a 4" pot and putting the pot in a large baggie to retain moisture. Lenght of time varies greatly from a month or so, to over a year. Best of luck to you and be sure to let us know how they do for you...
