Dan,

I have a Nam Doc Mai mango

that is at the same stage as your tree. It's in a pot and gets dragged in/out of the garage as the weather warms/cools. My tree is just about 3' tall and I'm gonna leave what ever fruit will stay on.
The tip of one infloresence did get black and I had to cut it back, but it still has one mango on it. The other spike is just new flowers beginging to open!

That other fruit is BIZARRE! Never seen that one before!
