Geosulcata, your Mysore bunch looks good. The bananas are filled in enough and will probably ripen just fine if you hang them up in the garage.
The Blue Java is a hit and miss anyways, with or without cold damage.
Don't give up on the Pisang Jaribuaya just yet. I have a bunch of Temple bananas hanging in the garage that looks just like your bunch. The bunch was harvested out of fear of some cold December nights after only 3.5 month. There was some cold damage to the skins of the fruits, but they are turning yellow now and have a decent taste. I do not know if the cold damage makes them harder to peel or if it is characteristic to this variety.
