Default Lily pads in bucket question.

I got some free Lily pad sprouts and they have been doing great for two months in a bucket on my porch. My greenhouse is really full. Moving soon and will be awhile before I can make a koi pond. What are my options with storing these during the winter? Even with vents and door wide open greenhouse is in full sun all day so the bucket would bake!
