Joy Ripe Orinocos!

I've been eating some of my Orinocos that have gotten too ripe to cook and man are they great!!! I'm so gonna be hating life when I have to go back to the crappy store bought one's. These are the one's I posted a pic of in my gallery a few weeks ago sitting atop my fridge waiting to ripen.

I made some great tostones out of some of them the other night and they were great as well. I took some pics of them as they were cooking and my wife heard the camera go off and she said: "What was that sound?" When I told her you could tell she really thought I'd gone off the deep end. Maybe I have, so what?! I'll try to post the pics soon.
