So I saved this guy from a historic home cuz I always wanted to grow my own but now that I appear to have fruit I'm in panic mode! I have no idea what kind of banana this is, I've never trimmed it, but now I'm needing to protect this fruit & have no idea how to treat this buddy. I live in North County San Diego & ANY help with ID, fertilizers, pruning, etc. would be appreciated
