Default Nasty weather headed this way!

What's up with this stuff?!!! We are headed for a major frost this weekend. I have two bunches of Orinoco's ripening right now. Not to mention nectarines and apricots in full bloom... Are my Orinoco's doomed??? And beside heavy mulch, what would be the best material to cover the smaller banana plants with on top? I've been using tomato cages and newspaper. The wind is blowing so hard right now, I know my fruit trees are losing blossoms...
