Thanks, probably Monkey Finger as in the past the pseudostem always broke (hence why I put a bamboo support on the raceme). We like them all, although the DB is probably the most consistent fruit producer with fruit on the lower end of the quality spectrum (everyone has their favorites).
Our neighbors and co-workers are always excited about the diversity of the bananas. I frequently hear
"yes you have given me these before..I like the "little bananas". It is a waste of time to try and explain these are not the same "little bananas" as the ones I gave them a few weeks ago...LOL.
We usually eat them fresh, then freeze, dehydrate and give away the extras.
