Default Enano Gigante a bare root storing candidate?

Been trying to find a cavendish type that I can store under the house bareroot. I have seen some people have tried and failed at it. I have heard that cavendish does not go dormant and will die if not watered, etc. I have a Enano Gigante I bought last year at lowes thats in my house in a pot. At first I forgot to water, then after I saw how well it was doing without water compared to my other cavendish types, I started not watering it all all. It appears to have gone dormant, no die back and no growth for several months now in a state similar to what my orinoco's go into. After I get a few backup pups, I am going to try to overwinter this one under the house bareroot. Be nice to find a fruiter like this that will store easily.
