I would love to be able to grow an avacado tree and some Eucalyptus trees. Now and then I read up on cold hardy varieties of both and think ... one of these days ......
I've been reading some threads about growing citrus from seed and got a spark of excitment. Somewhere in the back of my mind I'd gotten the idea that the fruit would be sour because of the parent trees being hybrids so grafting has to take place to have good fruit? Is this just a bundle of nonsense and CAN we grow from seed? Like from grocery store fruit or does it have to be from special trees?
