Are there any local farmers you could ask? Farmers are not gardeners IME because they hate competition but 4 hectares is not a huge plot--enviable amount of land but not huge--you would never make a huge impact on the total crop sold. Gardeners are very open to sharing--see if you can find someone there who can give you better advice about your specific needs. Is there a government agency there to help with your crops? We have many in the USA and there are groups in other countries that want to assist growers.
