Default what is this ???

I was coming home from work. Every day I pass by this house that has beautiful bananas in the front yard. Today I stopped and offered to buy a pup. The lady refused the money, but had the shovel in her hand before you could blink a eye. She told me that they were "Cambodian Bananas"
She said 3 years ago she bootlegged a pup from Cambodia in her purse

What kind could this be ? She said it will produce fruit every year. The mother plant was about 8 foot tall, however she didn't cut any of the pups away

Is this the "Blue Java"?
