Default Germination Setup (musa itinerans gigantea)

I'm attempting to germinate musa itinerans gigantea. Here's the setup:

1. I've built a temporary greenhouse on the side of my home.
2. I have an electric heater on thermostat that does a good job of keeping the air in the 60s and 70s near the ground. Into the 80s at head-level.
3. I've setup a radiant heat lamp on timer that really gets the soil warm during the day.
4. I'm placing the seeds in peat pots in a peat mix that contains 95% peat w/ a little perlite and fertilizer.
5. I'll soak the seeds for 24 hours before planting.

How's this sound? Should give me some temperature swings. Any other suggestions?
