Default First banana bell ever!

Hi Folks. 3 Years after planting out a small tree from the local nursery I have my first bell with bananas behind it! There are probably only 60 fruit & as many hands before male flowers appeared! My question is : Is this the end of fruit production, does anyone know please? I left 2 pups to grow on initially, & the smaller of the 2 has produced this bell. The other is now showing a much larger spike appearing from among its fronds ! The original 'mother' is now dwarfed by both of these pups & shows no signs of fruit!
