Default Re: Better get ready West Coast

In 07 we had 3 feet of snow that lasted a couple of weeks. When the weather hit last night we had lighting thunder hale mix rain and snow then the temp dropped 12 degrees in a quick drop. when I got up this morning my flowers were all dead and the ground is hard. the good or bad thing is the sun is out but it is still below 40 on the porch. Thank god for frost cloth and heat packs. the bananas are just fine.

IT IS 38F AT 3:30 IN THE AFTERNOON I don't even want to think of what the temp will be tonight. I know it is colder up north but this is just not right in Seattle we are the rainy city not the frozen north.

23 on porch where is the rain I so love this time of year. it would be three feet of snow at these temp's I am going through a lot of hot packs.
