Well first it was the heat, and now it is the lack of correct photo spectrum. The heat also contributed to the bug problem, but this will cure it:
Green LightŪ Fruit Tree Spray
You can use it at 1/4 teaspoon per gallon as a soil drench and kill all those larvae.
