Question is this saba?

I drove through a subdivision in town, which must have a warmer little microcimate than I have here(10 miles away,in the country),and all the bananas were doing fine while mine have allready turned to mush.
Over one house I could see banana plants that were huge and had to stop and meet thier owners . there were 3 blooms going and one just breaking through. They told me that it was a seedles variety and that they actually got ripe fruits a few times .
could you guys help me identify them ?

I first thought they were orinoco but they're way tall .
Thanks,
Pete
