Exclamation Is this cold damage???

This is the coldest summer I've ever experienced in Chicago, usually this time of year its in the upper 80s/low 90s during the day and upper 60s/low70s at night, the past couple weeks its been in the mid to upper 70s during the day and low 60s at night, actually last night it went down to like 56 degrees. When I walked outside to check my plants, I noticed the discoloration on the leaves of my smaller plants. Is this cold damage?
