Default Overfertilized?

My new Pisang Klotek plant is the fastest growing banana plant I have ever had.
As you can see in the picture, one leaf is not even unrolled yet, but the next is already coming out.
I have amended the soil with lots of compost and aged chicken manure. Is it overfertilized with organics? Is this called choking?
