That's for sure, Jon, though it is usually a pretty good indication it was actually delivered. I've sent out about 1,500 packages via USPS Priority in the past three years and only had one case where the delivery confirmation was false. The buyer went around and around with his local Post Office because he was sure it wasn't delivered. They found it in their back room on a shelf even though the substitute carrier had scanned it as being delivered. I did have one other case where I thought the same thing may have happened but, about two weeks after my shipment of chestnuts had been delivered, an absent-minded teenager happened to think that she should tell her mom that she had gotten a package and put it away in the closet. They were spoiled by then! LOL

Back to the topic of this discussion, I don't understand why you don't report this eBay user's ID here. At a minimum, can you at least tell us if you have left negative feedback for the seller? I don't think you want someone else to experience the same fate as you did. Please PM me the ID if you still don't want to post it here in the forum. Thanks in advance.
