I'm sorry but I wouldn't ever mail a pup outside of Hawaii. We have Panama Disease here, along with BBTV, and I would not want to risk being responsible for spreading that to the mainland. Some of my A'ea'e plants have gotten some problem that causes rotting and splitting, though I haven't ruled out over fertilization or a localized problem. One pup I removed and replanted (actually a water sucker) did not show the same problems in it's new home in another virgin part of the yard.
