Ban13 ---- I used to live in Bklyn and you have May/June thru mid Sept to grow stuff outside. If you grew out the Super Plantain in the house to 5 ft and timed it so it could go outside in June that would be approz 4 months to grow the fruit. It flowers at 5 to 6 ft. That's the trunk height.

By mid Sept it gets cool. By that time the fruit would be filled in pretty much and it could go out and inside as weather dictates. Plantains can finish filling in in the house. Then call the Post and become famous.
