Greg- a totally understandable and common reaction to the fact that you have a serious illness. However, there are indeed many folks in your life who care (just from looking at your FB pages) as well as here. An invisible network if you will. Also, be sure and keep your oncologist and primary practitioner aware of these feelings, as there are indeed some things that can be done to help.
