Orinoco is one of the most commonly grown banana varieties in Florida so I agree with Andreas that it's likely that. Also, it is used as a cooking banana (baked, boiled, fried, etc before ripening) but it can also be used as a desert banana if allowed to ripen. Excited to see those pics
