So- hands all cut from the bunch will ripen more rapidly because they're cut- not so much because of the presence of a red apple?
Someone told me the other day that Gold Finger taste best when really fully ripe. We're just waiting for the first crop of Gold finger to mature. The bunches are very big and the fruit is tightly packed on the bunch.We are into winter here.So everything is slowing down.
