Re: Bananas.org Members Yard Photos
Thank you. My personal landscaping actually doesn't look all that great this year compared to last year. I was way too busy keeping all the plants for sale watered in our drought and heat this summer to mess with my personal plants this summer. Hopefully next year will be better!
This alocasia is two years old. I just chucked it into the greenhouse over the winter and popped it out this spring. It really didn't grow in the greenhouse, but maybe one or two leaves, but it still looked good and green this spring. It was only about 3.5 feet tall this spring, and I thought it was big then! I have found if you want them to grow faster, turn them loose and plant them directly in the ground for the summer. And water the heck out of them. Luckily this one stayed watered because it's right next to the small greenhouse and a hose faucet too.
