Looks like a whole lot of happy 'Orinoco' bananas to me! That is probably the most common banana in Texas (and most everywhere else in the South also). It is very cold-hardy, coming back for me here in Knoxville, TN. I've seen pictures of old mats in Memphis that were loaded with fruit, so North Texas certainly isn't out of the question. Wish I had some of that fertile, Texas soil! Nice pics.
