Look for an alpaca farm...an alpaca is really just a form of llama but they have been a trendy thing to raise lately (sort of like the "new" pot bellied pigs, sugar gliders, emu/rhea/ostrich, chinchillas...etc.) Unfortunately the word has been out for awhile and usually they sell the stuff, not give it away. Sort of like mushroom compost. It used to be cheap, but now it is high dollar organic fertilizer. Add some ashes and some rock phosphate and you've got a pretty good mix. Add a little greensand and it is even better. If you can soak some charcoal in some diluted urine to add to the mix it is supposed to be almost ideal.
