Cold Musa Black Thai hardiness

Has it been determined yet how hardy this one is? I have heard through zone 6, but I was curious if anyone has overwintered it outside yet in zone 6-or even lower. I read through some of the older posts but didn't see too much about this. I have one about 3 feet tall I just brought in and was thinking about trying to overwinter it outside next winter with protection similar to basjoo. But who knows, I still have to get through this winter!
