If you want a chance at ending up with an Orinoco with some height, I would get a pup from a mat of tall plants. From what I have seen it is just too varable in height. I can show you a couple established mats here that are flowering at 7'-9'. Some in full sun, some in partial shade. They aren't Dwarf Orinoco either.
