That's astonishing, dude! Portland, Oregon? I had no idea that any city had city planning that advanced. Thanks much for the links. With 3,000 barrels of oil leaking into the gulf of Mexico every day, it's not easy to get optomistic sometimes, lol. To update my previous rant, I could get enthralled over banana plastics if proper recycling was done. You seem quite intelligent. I look forward to reading more of your posts!
