I suppose its possible, but know that M. griersonii is known from only a single sighting and has never been seen again as far as I know of. It would actually be quite interesting and significant if it was rediscovered. With these seed dealers though I would be careful to not get so set on the ID until you are positive, as in actually seeing the plant flower and making an ID from there.
