I helped a neighbor clean up his garden, today, and got to keep these Elephant Ear corms for all the work

! The corms are solid, not soft or squishy and he was just going to throw them away. Washed off all the dirt & cut off the top (soft & squishy) leaves & stems. But the corms are still kind of wet & cool. What should I do now?
