OK. Let me keep my story rolling
Today is the Olive mill day
Car is loaded with baskets full of corps, canisters are ready, there is nothing to wait anymore. Allmost forget, junior is ready too
I have to note here that taking pictures isnt allowed in the mill but somehow few pix ended in my camera. Apologises for quality
The production line:
After washing olives are mashed in smooth paste in monitored proces where temperatures mustnt go over 37C to provide quality in minerals in oil. Later in process pasta goes in fast centrifuge are where oil is extacted from water and pasta leftowers:
Thanks to nice weather last 2-3 days everything is full with olives waiting to be produced. So will mine wait their turn sometime after midnight. Mills are working 24/7 this two months. I ll have to came back again in the morning to pick oil
In mean time I swirled some new soaps with fresh last week oil. Even for some members here
