Hiya Pests....vermin??

Dear all,

I would like to ask your assistance.
I have a Brazilian Banana Prata (see gallery) and I have notice that on the top of the shoot there are several little grey animals (lice?).
They stay in the liquid at the base of the sprout.
How can I get them out?
Are they going to kill my plant?

Thank you in advance for the assistance.

Lorenzo
