For future reference, I'd leave the leaves on (wow...that sounded funny, huh?) even if they are falling limp downward. They are still making food for the plant as long as they're still green so I leave all mine on till they turn brown/dry up. It might not look pretty, but it's probably slightly better for the plant. Looks like it'll come out of it just fine though with proper watering....pseudostem looks healthy still.
